We also provide configurable dashboards to manage all aspects of operations management. The software is specifically designed (a) for ce technician users operating ce data centre infrastructure, (b) to be intuitive, user friendly, flexible, and (c) which requires minimal training time and effort. Cranntech supports both online and offline mobile technologies with a cloud technology platform to deliver the right operational processes to the right users at the right time. The Cranntech patented configuration tools can support the automatic importing of existing procedures defined content. Existing operational procedures could be authored or available in any number of source files programs or data format such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF (etc etc). These files are then presented to the Cranntech technology cloud platform for AUTOMATIC importing. The Cranntech patented process then supports the RAPID final configuration of these imported procedures resulting in the new digital ce operational procedures. In addition, the Cranntech configuration tools can support the authoring of new operational procedures directly into the cloud platform using HTML web technologies. All the Cranntech configuration tools are designed to be non-technical and can be operated and managed by existing operations team member(s), e.g. quality assurance team lead.
